Process
We developed and implemented tailored event risk management plans across multiple activations, including East Perth Power Station and riverside sites. Plans addressed crowd movement, staff safety, pontoon access, electrical hazards, and emergency response, with each measure designed to be practical and easy to apply. This ensured both workers and the public were protected through clear, site-specific procedures.

We worked in close collaboration with festival organisers, DFES, local government, security providers, and contractors to deliver safe and compliant outcomes. This joint effort created confidence among stakeholders and allowed each activation to run smoothly while meeting regulatory expectations.
