Process

Practical Compliance provided a dedicated HSE Officer to Lendlease during the Curtin University Library redevelopment, delivering full-time onsite safety support and compliance oversight. The role included risk reviews, inductions, SWMS assessments, daily inspections, and detailed client reporting, all aligned with Lendlease’s KPI and HSE management system requirements. Close coordination was maintained with contractors, engineers, and university staff to manage high-risk activities such as the replacement of full-height glass panels on upper levels.
