Process
Practical Compliance provided dedicated HSE Officer support to ADCO during the Enex 100 redevelopment, a complex project delivered within a live CBD shopping centre and office tower. Full-time site support was provided through inductions, SWMS reviews, audits, and compliance reporting, with additional oversight of fatigue management protocols across extended split shifts. Coordination with shopping centre management and tenants ensured construction activity was managed safely and with minimal disruption.
